Asia International Trust Berhad (“AITB”) was incorporated on 30 September 1995 under the Companies Act 1965 and was registered on 26 April 2017 as a trust company under the Trust Companies Act 1949 .  AITB is authorised to offer a full range of services including but not limited to acting as Share Trustee for special purpose vehicle (“SPV”) in respect of issuance of private debt securities including asset-backed securitisation.

 

AITB has adopted an integrated business solution-oriented approach which endeavours to ensure that marketing, promotion, and relationship management, documentation, and operations are all effectively coordinated to provide cohesive services to our clients.  We are committed to be effective and building a good rapport with all parties involved in a transaction, and to first fully understanding the specific needs of each client before matching customised solutions and services that best serve that needs.  Such processes produced significant value-creation, enhanced efficiency, and speed up execution in the marketplace.

 

AITB is managed by a team of dedicated qualified professionals with extensive experience to head AITB.  To provide and maintain quality services on a continuing basis, every assignment is assigned to experienced personnel from the inception of a transaction to maturity thereby mitigating a lot of follow-through issues which is inherent to every project.
